Diamondz by Danube

Diamondz by Danube is an off-plan residential complex in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT). Jumeirah Lake Towers is one of Dubai's most well-known mixed-use areas. JLT offers various projects spread across 26 clusters. The area also provides multiple dining, retail and educational facilities.


Diamondz by Danube will offer lifestyle amenities such as an open-air cinema, sky golf, trampoline, skating park and kids' play area. Event spaces such as indoor and outdoor party halls, business centres and open cigar lounges will be available for hosting gatherings. Residents will also have access to a spa and therapy centre, rooftop hammock garden and observatory deck for relaxation.

Diamondz by Danube JLT Dubai will have a robust security system with 24-hour monitoring, supported by well-maintained central air-conditioning. The expected completion date for Diamondz by Danube JLT is Q4 2027.
